Delivery & Returns
The cost of packing and delivery is clearly displayed at “checkout” for your approval prior to confirming your order.
Please allow up to 28 days for your products to be shipped to you. In nearly 100% of cases we manage to deliver our goods within 5 - 10 working days, but we have to ask that you allow 28 days to certain destinations. Orders are processed during week working days only.
Packing and Delivery charges are:
- UK delivery £2.95
- Europe £12.95
- Rest of the world £15.95

Reasonable allowance should be made for orders made over the weekend and at National Holidays. We do our best to deliver within 30 days of the date of your order but if we cannot do so we will inform you as soon as possible and you will be entitled to cancel the order. If you do so we will refund or re-credit any sum paid by you. We shall not be liable for loss occasioned by any reasonable or unavoidable delay.
We offer a full refund on any faulty products.
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing (email, fax or post) and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition.
You must return the products to us at the time of cancellation and we will credit your credit/debit card with the price of the products (including delivery charges) within 30 days after we have received the notice of cancellation. We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.
All refunds will be made to the original payment card used.
To return an item to us, please include the documentation you received with your order. Your return note should also include your name, email address, the order number and the reason for the return.
Please ensure that any returned goods are properly packed to avoid breakages.

Please return your package by recorded delivery (retaining your recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage) using the pre-printed shipping label supplied with your order documentation.
